He was shocked when he saw what great value mobile homes were! He hasn’t looked back since. He leads the social media and marketing part of our business and will probably be the one talking to you on the phone! In his spare time, Jeff likes to play guitar, travel, and surf. He also has an obsession with Mexican and Peruvian food!

Mike oversees the rehab and operations side of the business, managing everything from project execution and repair evaluations to pricing and resale strategy. With years of hands-on experience in mobile home renovations, he focuses on creating clean, high-quality homes while helping sellers navigate difficult situations with straightforward communication and practical solutions. Known for his attention to detail and strong understanding of repair costs and property value, Mike plays a key role in ensuring each project is completed efficiently and professionally from start to finish.
